FAQ
What kind of birds will my feeder attract? It depends on the feeder! Our nut dispensers attract chickadees, nuthatches, woodpeckers, and goldfinches. The picnic-table feeder brings in ground-loving birds like cardinals, mourning doves, sparrows, and juncos. Our hummingbird feeder is designed to attract ruby-throated hummingbirds and other hummingbird species common across the US. The more feeders you have, the more variety you'll see.
What do I put in the hummingbird feeder? Just a simple homemade nectar: mix one part white granulated sugar with four parts water, stir until dissolved, and fill your feeder. No need to buy special nectar or add red food coloring — the feeder's bright design does the attracting. Change the nectar every 2–3 days in warm weather to keep it fresh and safe for your visitors.
Where is the best place to hang or place my feeder? Near trees or shrubs so birds have a safe perch nearby, but with enough open space that you can see them from a window. A spot visible from your kitchen or living room is ideal — birds bring the most joy when you can actually watch them! Avoid placing feeders directly against windows to prevent collisions. About 3 feet away or 30+ feet away both work well.
How long does shipping take, and is it really free? Yes — completely free shipping on every order, no minimum required. Our products ship from an overseas warehouse, so please allow 12–18 business days for delivery. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so you can follow along the whole way.
Can I return my feeder if I'm not happy with it? Absolutely. We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not satisfied for any reason, just email us at a12brands@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll take care of you, no questions asked.
Will I need any tools or special equipment to set up my feeder? Not at all. All of our feeders are ready to use right out of the box. Hanging feeders include a loop or hook for easy installation on a branch, shepherd's hook, or porch railing — no tools needed. The picnic-table feeder simply sits on any flat surface. Fill it, place it, and you're done.
